Mean Girls Rated PG-13
By Karishma and Kashmira Patel, 11th grade, May 13, 2004

They're everywhere: Mean Girls, that is. Lindsay Lohan stars in a PG-13 rated comedy about what it's like to be the new girl trying to fit in. This movie depicts the life of a typical high school girl...except for the fact that she's from Africa and has always been home-schooled. In this movie, lots of laughs balance out a few valuable lessons that many girls today don't realize. However, everyone who watches this movie, not just girls, should remember this: It's not what you look like on the outside, but who you are on the inside that's important. Ka$h and Kari give two thumbs up to Mean Girls, a world of catfights, name-calling, and pranks!
